Shipping policy

Shipping is an added cost to the order. We typically use UPS for all of our packing and shipping needs. UPS provides quality services ranging from packing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

In most cases, gifts/gift baskets are shipped within 4 business days of receiving your order.  We will ship our gift/gift baskets to all 50 states using UPS Ground with delivery ranging from 1 to 5 days from the date of shipping.  Shipping costs will be added to the payment due and processed accordingly (Note: collect on delivery (COD) is not supported).

All shipped gifts/gift baskets are hand-packed in over-sized boxes with protective packaging material to prevent any form of damage during transit. We will send you an email with tracking information allowing you to track your gifts/gift basket in real-time.

You will need to contact UPS to arrange for special services, such as Hold for Pickup, UPS On-Call Pickup, Special Handling, etc.
